Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by credit card, bankers draft, direct bank transfer, cash or personal cheque (personal cheques require five working days to clear).

Shipping And Handling We can send your book in anyway you choose. We offer First Class Post, Parcel Post & Special Delivery. The postage costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the book(s) ordered. At present we only ship goods within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Schedule We start processing your order immediately and will ship goods the same day your payment has cleared. We will email you as soon as we have dispatched your goods and you should then receive the goods within 2 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Books and printed papers are excempt from VAT. Shipping costs are subject to 17.5% VAT.

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, you can return it to us, within 14 days & in the original condition, for a full refund less shipping costs. Soiled items cannot be returned.
