Our aim is your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us undamaged and in it's original condition (items of jewellery must remain unworn), within 15 days of purchase and we shall offer you a full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange, no questions asked.

All jewellery is fully guaranteed free of defective workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse or general wear & tear. We highly recommend you fully insure your piece of jewellery against any loss or accidental damage.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on custom made pieces of jewellery but are happy to offer an exchange for other goods.

We photograph each of our stones and jewellery items under daylight lighting conditions. Each gem or piece of jewellery is individually photographed. We do not use the stock photographs for several different stones. The photo shown is that of the gem or jewellery item being described. We do not make any adjustments to the pictures to make them look better than the real thing. Great care is taken to produce an image that is as accurate as possible.

Each gem is fully and accurately described with full disclosure of any treatment that may have been carried out on the gem. 

No 'conflict diamonds' are used in the manufacture of our jewellery.
