How We Process Your Order ...

There are several different ways you can order from TopGem.co.uk and we handle each order with individual attention.

Commissions

If you wish to commission us to hand- make a customised piece of jewellery, you should contact us on 0845 056 0055 (calls charged at local rates) or by email via our 'Contact' link. We will begin by discussing with you your exact requirements. We will then prepare stones for you to choose and follow up with a quote for the cost of making your piece of jewellery. Once all the specifications have been agreed, we will then ask for a returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the item. On receipt of the deposit we will start work on your your item. Under normal circumstances we will endeavour to have your jewellery finished within 14 days. Once we have completed your piece of jewellery, we will invite you to our studio to view your finished jewellery and check the size fits you perfectly. If any adjustments need to be made they can be completed while you wait. Your piece of jewellery will then be presented to you in a display box of polished beech wood as shown here.

Ordering Jewellery Online

We also can supply finished jewellery directly from our online shop. To order a ring, simply choose your ring size and click on the 'order item' button. For other pieces of jewellery just click the 'order item' button. When you have finished choosing your items, follow the links to the checkout pages. You should then fill in your details as requested. Your jewellery will be packaged in the same way as commissioned orders.

Ordering Gems Online

There are hundreds of gems available for you to choose from in our online shop. You can order them in the same way as the jewellery, by clicking on the 'order item' button. We can despatch your gem in a gem display box or if you wish, we can fashion your gem into a stunning piece of jewellery. Your gem comes with a full money-back no quibble guarantee.

Payments

We can accept payment in a variety of ways. Firstly, you can pay by credit or debit card using our secure checkout pages. You can see which pages are secure by the URL in the address bar. Secure pages begin with 'https' and you will see a padlock icon in the bottom of the browser window.

Another way we can accept payment is by personal cheque. If you choose this method, we will send you an invoice for the full amount due. Upon receipt of your cheque we shall prepare your order. If you have ordered a ring we shall size it to your specification. Once your cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days), we shall despatch your order by Special Delivery.

We can also accept payment by Bankers Draft, bank transfer or cash. Should you choose to use these methods of payment, you can contact us on 0845 056 0055 to make the necessary arrangements.
